Conventions
Files: stores editable files that are used in the main file. For example, the character used in the design, in real size, without the background, or with the montage of the product.
Final: stores a copy of the approved version in JPG, PNG, PDF, Low Resolution MP4, etc.
Source: stores the editable design file, in PSD, AI, XD, AE, Sketch, Fig formats, etc.
Inbox: stores provided files necessary for the design, such as print templates, client logos, references, etc.
Production: for print files, stores the final files that are provided to the press.
Unsused: stores designs created for one ticket that were not approved, but can be used later in other tickets.

Instructions
- Do not use special characters
- Delete the vertical separator “|” what’s in the ticket name in Jira
- All names must be lowercase
- When there are multiple versions, a numeric series is used, for example: v1, v2, v3, v4, and so on.
Storage
- Once the tickets have been approved and delivered, the files must be uploaded to the Drive
- The Drive is also used to access files that were previously worked on
- This is the access to the Drive
